The Blood Brothers is the explosive collaborative project of two of today’s most respected and award-winning blues rock artists: Mike Zito and Albert Castiglia. After decades of friendship, touring, and parallel careers, the two guitarists came together to form a powerhouse musical partnership built on chemistry, shared history, and a deep love for the blues.
Their debut album, “Blood Brothers”, produced by Joe Bonamassa and Josh Smith, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues Chart, earning widespread critical acclaim and capturing the raw energy of two guitar giants playing at full force. In 2024, the album won the Blues Music Award for Blues Rock Album of the Year, cementing the duo’s place among the most influential names in modern blues rock.
