Born in Belfast, Gary Moore shaped generations of musicians with his unmistakable tone, emotional depth, and fearless passion. His music transcended genres, touching hearts across the world and leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire.
At the heart of this very special concert stands his son, Jack Moore, appearing as Honoured Guest - a powerful symbol of continuity, memory, and respect. Jackโs presence brings an authentic and deeply personal dimension to this celebration, connecting past and present through music.
The concert is artistically directed by the extraordinary Kaz Hawkins - affectionately known in Brezoi as Mama Kaz.
In addition to her role as Artistic Director, Kaz Hawkins will also take the stage as a performing artist, lending her powerful voice, emotional depth, and unmistakable presence to this tribute. Her deep connection to Romania and the Open Air Blues Festival makes her the perfect soul to guide and perform in this special legacy project.
