At Open Air Blues Festival Brezoi, the experience extends far beyond the concert stages.
We believe a festival has the power to transform a town -not just for a few days, but for many years to come.
That is why, in 2026, we are proud to launch brezart - Brezoi Art District, a new cultural initiative that aims to establish Brezoi as a destination where music, art and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
The first chapter of this vision is Colors of the Blues, presented in partnership with the City of Brezoi, the Union of Romanian Fine Artists, and the Râmnicu Vâlcea Branch of the Union of Romanian Fine Artists.
Throughout the week of Open Air Blues Festival Brezoi (20–26 July 2026), visitors will discover a unique network of contemporary art exhibitions hosted in unconventional spaces across the town.
The Brezoi Town Hall, the Nature House, Casa cu Lilieci, the Primary School, "Gheorghe Surdu" High School, Casa Tomaselli, and several other locations throughout Brezoi will showcase the works of more than 100 Romanian artists, transforming the town into a cultural destination where every stop reveals a new artistic perspective.
We warmly invite all festival visitors to explore these exhibitions during their stay in Brezoi. To make discovering every location as easy as possible, an interactive exhibition map will be published before the festival, allowing visitors to experience the entire brezart – Brezoi Art District at their own pace.

For us, this is far more than a project created for a single festival edition.
It is the beginning of a long-term vision.
Our ambition is for brezart – Brezoi Art District to become a permanent cultural landmark and another reason for visitors to discover—and return to—Brezoi throughout the year.
Because we believe a town becomes a true destination not only through what it builds, but through the culture it creates.
Welcome to #BrezoiulLumii. 🎸🎨
